Grace Wellness & Rehabilitation provides high quality,
individualized care to patients during the acute rehabilitation phase of an illness or injury, such as post-operative shoulder
or hand therapy.
After acute rehabilitation, some patients continue to experience some level of pain which interferes with day to
day activities. They may wish to recieve wellness care for "maintenance" or the occasional "tune-up."
Some of our patients have never had a specific injury. They have never been to a rehabilitation program, and
decide to receive treatment to relieve stress and nagging pain.
